For this reason, it has been designed to give its best <strong>pure or on the rocks, in gin and tonic, as a base for cocktails<\/strong> and especially in <strong>combinations of gastronomic and sophisticated culinary creations<\/strong>. Four professionals have been involved in bringing the &#8220;true spirit of Barcelona&#8221; to life: chef Xano Saguer, sommelier Sergi Figueras, bartender Javier Caballero and perfumer Rosendo Mateu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: start;\">Gin Raw is produced in small batches of 5,000 bottles using a special technique involving conventional distillation and the use of a Rotavap. The result is a  <strong>A full-bodied gin characterised by floral and spicy notes with a subtle hint of smoke. Freshness and warmth coexist with the balsamic background typical of juniper<\/strong>. The ending is long and pleasant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: start;\">The packaging is rich in detail: the body of the bottle has a satin effect, reminiscent of the low temperatures typical of the distillation process of this GinRaw. The cap is made of ash wood, complemented by an aluminium ball.
