On the nose, with its characteristic nutty honey notes, it is reminiscent of fine sweet wines, even though the wine is completely dry. Rich body with abundant honey, floral and mineral aromas and characteristic oxidative notes resulting from the fact that 30% botrytised grapes were used in the vinification. Full-bodied yet fresh flavours of ripe pears, apples, white plums, citrus fruits, honey and herbs. Rounded acids and a long, slightly almondy aftertaste.
